Introduction — About This Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between every player ("you" or "user") who accesses kpz999 at https://kpz999.onl and its connected mobile platforms ("Platform") and kpz999.

By accessing the platform, opening an account, or playing any games, you are considered to have fully understood and accepted all terms in this agreement. If you do not accept them, please stop using the platform.

kpz999 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change is made will be treated as acceptance of that change, so please check this page regularly.

Account Opening and Registration

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years old to open an account.
• Each person may only hold one account at a time. Accounts shared with family members, as well as different IP addresses, will also be taken into consideration.
• Information provided at registration — name, phone number, payment details — must be accurate and complete.
• The account must be used only by the account holder and may not be transferred or lent to a third party.
• If verification is required, kpz999 may request additional documentation from you.

2.2 Account Suspension

In the following circumstances, kpz999 may immediately suspend or close an account without prior notice —

• If a breach of this agreement is found
• If there is suspicion of using unfair methods (bot, script, multi-account) or money laundering
• If it becomes clear that the account was opened with false information
• If it is found that the account holder is under 21 years of age

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply strictly to all financial transactions on the kpz999 platform.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The name on the account used to deposit must match the name registered on your kpz999 account. If there is a discrepancy, the refund may be delayed.
• Deposits from third parties are not allowed — only the player's own payment method is accepted.
• Suspicious deposits may be reviewed by kpz999, and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during the review period.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• If bonus funds are included, withdrawals can only be made once the wagering requirement is met (see Section 4).
• A withdrawal request may be cancelled before it is processed. Once processed, it cannot be reversed.
• Any bank transfer fees or charges imposed by the relevant payment service providers are their responsibility, not kpz999's.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

kpz999 offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to 300,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement is set at 25 times the bonus amount.
• Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is fully met.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn while the wagering requirement is still in progress.
• If the bonus funds run out before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be forfeited and cannot be reissued.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The terms for each bonus are stated in the announcement issued alongside that bonus — those terms are considered to supplement this agreement.
• If it is found that a bonus was obtained fraudulently, kpz999 may forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Each bonus may be claimed once per account only. Claiming more than once from family members, the same household, or the same IP address is not permitted.

VIP Levels and Cashback Policy

kpz999 has four VIP levels based on each player's activity —

• Cashback is credited every Monday based on the previous week's play.
• Cashback funds can be withdrawn without a wagering requirement — however, if kpz999 has issued specific terms for a particular cashback, those terms must be followed.
• VIP level decisions are made at kpz999's discretion and are considered final.

Gaming Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Player Conduct Standards

• Every player must play with their own funds and is personally responsible for any financial obligations.
• Game results and game outputs are officially verified against kpz999's authoritative server records. Disputes based on differences in personal device settings will not be entertained.
• Playing using unfair methods — including bot, auto-clicker, script, or VPN (used to manipulate gameplay) — is prohibited.
• Completed legal game rounds in the kpz999 game environment cannot be modified while the environment remains stable.

6.2 Prohibited Actions

• Multi-account — opening multiple accounts by one person using different identities
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses through methods intentionally designed to circumvent the rules
• Money laundering — deliberately cycling deposits and withdrawals to move funds
• Game manipulation — colluding with others to deliberately alter game outcomes
• Technical violations such as attempting to bypass the platform or attacking the server

Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 Account Security

• Players must keep their password confidential and must not share it with any third party.

Liability Limitations and Policy Changes

8.2 Agreement Amendments
